Ninjas in Pyjamas are through to the semi-finals of THOR Open after defeating Copenhagen Wolves 16-7 on de_nuke_ve.

With both teams having won their opening match in Stockholm, they knew that this encounter could see them progress to the last-four stage, which will be played in a best-of-three format.

Wolves came out the brighter in the first half, in which they were playing as CT, putting a stop to NiP's rush onto the upper bombsite. The second round also went the Danes' way, but a buying option from the Swedes in the third round saw them pull one back.

NiP then completely took control of the match, winning a staggering nine consecutive rounds to take the scoreline to 9-2. Wolves then reduced the deficit, but that was all they could do, as they found themselves down 12-3 at half-time.

Now on the Terrorist side, Wolves got off to a good start once again thanks to a quick push onto the upper bombsite in the pistol round which caught NiP's players off guard. The Danish side went on to add the next two rounds, but then the ESWC and DreamHack Winter champions proved their superiority in gun rounds and won the match 16-7
